We currently looking for an individual to join the Operations Team to cover HR, Health &: Safety, Store Audits, and assisting in general store management. Candidates must have a full driving licence.
Each Beanscene store requires a fulltime Team Leader, who with the help of both full-time and part-time Supervisors (Duty Managers) to provide flexibility of cover to our 7am to 11pm operation. Our stores are heavily supported from a team of Operations Managers.

At Beanscene our Baristas are the heartbeat of every store. From serving perfect cappuccinos to mastering latte art - our team are an eclectic bunch. Each of them play their own part in helping to create that infamous Beanscene atmosphere!
We will provide you will full training therefore knowing a caffé latte from a flat white is not essential (but always helps).
It is essential for you to have a passion for the hospitality environment and the proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
